These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cashelix platform, including the CASX Token, website, digital wallet, merchant services, staking features, APIs, virtual cards, and related products ("Services"). By accessing or using Cashelix, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cashelix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. User Eligibility

• Sanctions violations
• Identity theft
• Market manipulation
• Unauthorized access to systems
• Distribution of malicious software
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities where required.

5. Wallets and Blockchain Transactions

Cashelix supports blockchain-based services. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

• Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
• Wallet addresses cannot be changed after a transaction is submitted.
• You are responsible for verifying all transaction details before confirmation.
• Cashelix cannot recover assets sent to incorrect wallet addresses.

Private keys and recovery phrases remain solely under your control. Cashelix never stores or requests your private keys.

7. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we suspect any breach of these Terms or any unlawful activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

Digikash is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our platform, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
